About Swiss Wine
There are many things that come to mind when thinking of Switzerland…but for most people, wine is not one of them.
Switzerland has a rich wine history dating to the medieval ages. The climate and topography mix together to create prime growing conditions for a wide variety of grapes – including some which are only found in Switzerland. Tradition and new technology are working together to create exciting wines, which are not so neutral. There are many reasons today to explore the wines of Switzerland, discover a few rare varieties, and take a fresh new look at Swiss wines…
